Bergens Roofing is a licensed roofing contractor serving St. Tammany Parish and the surrounding areas since 1989. We are licensed under Louisiana Roofing License #RL-5077 and Louisiana Contractor License #CL-3551. Our principal office is located at 1447 Lindberg Dr, Suite 201, Slidell, LA 70458.

3. Services

Bergens Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services including but not limited to roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage restoration, IBHS Fortified roofing, and GAF roofing systems installation.

All services are subject to a separate written estimate or contract. No work will begin without a signed agreement. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control.

4. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates and instant quotes provided through our Website or by our team are non-binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties. Prices are subject to change based on final on-site inspection, scope of work, material costs, and applicable permits. Bergens Roofing reserves the right to revise any estimate prior to contract execution.

5. Payments and Financing

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service contract. Bergens Roofing offers financing options for qualifying customers. Financing is subject to third-party lender approval and terms. Bergens Roofing is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party lenders.

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings. Bergens Roofing reserves the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with Louisiana law for non-payment of services rendered.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials, including GAF roofing products, are governed by the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms and are separate from any workmanship warranty provided by Bergens Roofing. Workmanship warranty details will be outlined in your service contract. Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Insurance and Licensing

Bergens Roofing carries appropriate general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Copies of insurance certificates are available upon request. All work is performed in compliance with applicable Louisiana state and local building codes.

8. Storm Damage and Insurance Claims

Bergens Roofing will assist customers in navigating the insurance claims process; however, we cannot guarantee claim approval or specific payout amounts. Final determination of insurance coverage rests with the customer’s insurance provider. It is unlawful under Louisiana law for a contractor to waive, absorb, or otherwise pay a customer’s insurance deductible.

The content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of Bergens Roofing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without prior written permission from Bergens Roofing.
